You can watch the SWTX Board of Trustees Meeting live stream on Thursday, May 15th, from the Bluebonnet Room on the Uvalde campus. This meeting serves as an opportunity for you to stay connected, informed, and actively participate in the decision-making process that shapes the future of our institution.
Students needing to get their bacterial meningitis vaccination can visit Building F, Room F120 at the Eagle Pass Campus on Thursday, May 15th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. If insured, an insurance card is needed. The Department of State and Health Services will provide the vaccination for those who are eligible.
The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.
Registration
Registration for Summer Sessions I, II and all Fall 2025 Semesters begins Monday, March 31st and is available via Self-Service Student Planning. Students can schedule an appointment with their Success Coach. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Spring Semester Final Exams
Student Success Centers help make final exams manageable; take advantage of resources available at all SWTX campuses and online. Spring 2025 16 Week Semester exams take place Saturday, May 10th through Thursday, May 15th. Spring 2025 2nd 8 Week Semester exams take place Wednesday, May 14th.
