Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Registration

Registration for the Spring 2026 2nd 8 Week Semester is available via Self-Service Student Planning. Students can schedule an appointment with their Success Coach. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment plan using eCashier by Friday, February 27th, at 4:00 pm.

The payment deadline for the Spring 2026 2nd 8 Week Semester is Friday, February 27th, at 4:00 pm. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment arrangement using E-cashier to take advantage of our payment options. Additionally, if you applied for Financial Aid make sure to confirm that you have been awarded by checking your SWTX email account, Self-Service, or by contacting the Financial Aid office. The first day of classes will be on Monday, March 16th.  Set Up Payment

Application Deadline - 2026-2027 Academic Scholarship

Please be advised that the deadline to submit a completed scholarship application packet is Friday, April 3rd at 4:00 pm. Application packets must be fully completed and received by this deadline to be eligible for consideration for the scholarship award. Apply Today
