Join us Monday, May 4th, through Wednesday, May 6th, in the Student Success Center, Fly Memorial Building, for a feel-good break that will leave you refreshed and ready to tackle finals.

Stop by the Matthews Student Center Ballroom on Tuesday, May 5th, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm for a festive gathering full of energy, community, and well-deserved celebration. You’ve come a long way—let’s celebrate it together!

    Join us as we come together in celebration and gratitude for our graduates at this special Graduation Mass on Wednesday, May 6th, at 6:00 pm. The service will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road in Uvalde, where we will gather as a community to honor this important milestone and celebrate the achievements of our graduating class.

Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Registration

Registration for Maymester and Summer Session I and II is available via Self-Service Student Planning. Students can schedule an appointment with their Success Coach. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment plan using eCashier

The last day to apply for admission for Maymester is Friday, May 1st at 4:00 pm.  Registrar & Admissions

Spring Semester Final Exams

Student Success Centers help make final exams manageable; take advantage of resources available at all SWTX campuses and online. Spring 2026 16 Week Semester exams take place Saturday, May 2nd, through Thursday, May 7th. Spring 2026 2nd 8 Week Semester exams take place on Wednesday, May 6th.
