Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Application Deadline - Spring Graduation

Graduation applications can be turned in until Tuesday, March 31st, at 6:00 p.m. Please download the Graduation Application, save it to your computer, fill out the form, save the changes, and submit it via email to your Success Coach.

Financial Aid refunds for the Spring 2026 sessions will be disbursed on Thursday, April 2nd.

Please be advised that the deadline to submit a completed scholarship application packet is Friday, April 3rd at 4:00 pm. Application packets must be fully completed and received by this deadline to be eligible for consideration for the scholarship award. Apply Today
