Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Registration

Registration for all Spring 2026 Semesters is available via Self-Service Student Planning. Students can schedule an appointment with their Success Coach. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment plan using eCashier.

All SWTX offices will be closed for Winter Break beginning at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, December 9th, and will reopen at 8:00 am on Monday, January 5th. Self-Service Student Planning will be accessible throughout the holidays, and registration via a Success Coach will be available beginning Monday, January 5th.

Commencement Ceremonies

Commencement ceremonies will be held on Tuesday, December 9th, at 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, at the Del Rio Civic Center. The venue is located at 1915 Veterans Blvd., Del Rio, TX 78840. More Info
