Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

1098-T Tuition Statements

Tuition Tax Statements will be available to students on Saturday, January 31st. Students can log in to Self-Service as soon as possible and consent to view the form online via the Financial Information section. If no consent is received, a paper version of the form will be sent via postal mail on Saturday, January 31st.

Withdrawal Deadline

The last day to drop a class with a “W” for the Spring 2026 1st 8 Week Semester is Friday, February 6th, at 4:00 pm. To complete the Class Withdrawal Form, please download the form to your computer and enter your information into the fillable fields. Once you have completed the form, save your changes and schedule an appointment with your Success Coach to get it signed before submitting it to the Office of the Registrar.  Class Withdrawal Form

Application Deadline - 2026-2027 Academic Scholarship

Please be advised that the deadline to submit a completed scholarship application packet is Friday, April 3rd at 4:00 pm. Application packets must be fully completed and received by this deadline to be eligible for consideration for the scholarship award. Apply Today
