Academic Calendar Dates

The academic calendar reflects important student semester dates, deadlines, and holidays scheduled for all campus locations. Revisions may occur as needed by official action of Southwest Texas College.

Late Registration

Students can continue registering for Spring 2026 2nd 8 Week Semester classes between Monday, March 2nd, and Tuesday, March 17th; however, registration will be “pay as you go.” The first day of classes will be Monday, March 16th.

Financial Aid refunds for the Spring 2026 sessions will be disbursed on Thursday, April 2nd.

Application Deadline - 2026-2027 Academic Scholarship

Please be advised that the deadline to submit a completed scholarship application packet is Friday, April 3rd at 4:00 pm. Application packets must be fully completed and received by this deadline to be eligible for consideration for the scholarship award. Apply Today
